Benefiber® 74D Natural Fibre Powder 261g is a dietary supplement that makes taking fibre easier.Dissolves completely in beverages and soft food.

Ingredients:
Wheat dextrin, 100%.

Usage:
Stir 2 teaspoons into at least half a cup of water, juice or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. For Children 7-11 years 2 tsp once a day. For Adults and children 12 years and over do not exceed 8 tsp a day.
