Product Description

Ingredients:
Psyllium Husk powder               525mg
 
Directions:
Adults and children 12 years and over:  2-6 capsules daily, one at a time, with 250ml of liquid
Children 6 – 11 years: Use the powder
 
Take with adequate fluid as this product may cause your throat or oesophagus to swell and cause choking.
 
Always read the label and only use only as directed.
 
Precautions:
Seek medical advice
If you have a known allergy to psyllium
If you have medication induced constipation
If you have a sudden change in bowel habits persisting for 2 weeks
If you experience chest pain, vomiting, difficulty in swallowing or breathing.
If constipation lasts more than 7 days or rectal bleeding occurs.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding
